About Scratchie
What Scratchie is and how it benefits subcontractors
Scratchie is a game-changing app tackling construction safety issues like lack of progress, annoying paperwork, and too much focus on punishment. It's about rewarding safe practices, encouraging a positive vibe on site, and fostering better safety attitudes.
Perfect for projects over $10 million, top Aussie builders like Laing O'Rourke, John Holland, and Hutchinson Builders have embraced Scratchie. These industry leaders recognise its potential in creating a safer and more engaging work environment.
For subcontractors, Scratchie means a happier site, improved safety, and more reasons to work safely. By rewarding safe behaviour, Scratchie motivates workers to take safety seriously, leading to a more secure work environment and reduced risk of accidents.
The benefits of Scratchie extend beyond safety; it also helps create a positive atmosphere on site, making it a win-win for tradies and construction companies alike. If you're keen on improving safety and boosting morale on your construction site, Scratchie could be the game-changer you need.
